Love this!! I bought this for my at home business and it's saved me money and once I got the hang of it, it's simple to use. Highly recommend if you have a home business and ship orders. I love that I don't have to worry about buying ink too.
Took a while and a phone call to figure out how to get the printing to print the correct size on the label, so the instructions could be better. Have to “save” the label to print from app. Does not print from “print” tab from phone. Doesn’t appear as a printer option so have to select save which then provides the option to print using the app. So an extra step. Otherwise no complaints.
This works pretty well.This also doesn’t use an ink which is nice to not have to worry about the maintenance. The added phone app is a plus as I didn’t want to connect anything into my computer. Overall, I would recommend and purchase again. Great price point as well.
