How to download Ndyin printer app?
The app is available for free download from the App Store and Google Play. Simply search for "Ndyin printer" in the app, or download it directly from the Download Center in our store.
How to connect Bluetooth?
1. Press and hold the power button for three seconds to turn on the printer.
（Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on）
2. Open the "Nada Print" app.
3. Tap [Start connecting].
4. Grant permissions.
5. Waiting for the printer to be connected.
6. In the searched printer list, click N20 to connect.
7. Connected.You can start printing from your mobile phone.
How to turn on and off the label maker?
To turn on the printer, press and hold the switch button for 3 seconds.
To turn off the printer, also press and hold the switch button for 3 seconds.
How do I calibrate the label position after I have inserted it?
After powering it on, double click it twice and it will come out with a test paper and then the printer will work fine and in the right position to print the labels.
Why I cannot charge my printer?
You may try another USB cable and adapter and check if the problem persists.

How do I fix blurry or missing prints?
Check if the label paper is installed correctly and clean the print head. If the issue persists, try using high-quality thermal label paper.
How do I clean the printer?
Turn off the power and gently wipe the print head and roller with a lint-free cloth or alcohol pad to prevent dust buildup.
