Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you love your NDYIN purchase, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you can request a full refund before the order was processed for shipment after placing an order on ndyin.com.
Please note that once your order is in the processing stage, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Important:
Used Products: NDYIN reserves the right to refuse returns for products that show signs of use.
Order Changes and Cancellations: If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation, though some changes may cause a delay. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel special orders or orders that have already shipped. If your order has shipped, you may return it once it arrives.
Return Timeframe:
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.We are not able to provide an exchange or refund on any of our products that have been personalized. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from ndyin.com.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for items that:
- Show signs of wear, damage, or other alterations.
- Are missing parts, such as manuals, warranties, or accessories.
- Have visible scuffs or marks.
- Include free gifts.(For items that include free gifts, all accompanying gifts must be returned in their original, unused condition as part of the return process)
Return Process:
To begin your return, please contact our Customer Support team with the following:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo or video of the item if it's faulty
- Delivery address
- Contact telephone number
Returns Procedure
1.Contact NDYIN’s customer service team at support@ndyin.com.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.
4. After shipping, please email us with the tracking information.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
- Defective items will receive a full refund. Non-defective items will be refunded excluding shipping and handling fees.
-We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@ndyin.com.
Important Notice
- Do not include your address on the package, as this may delay the return process.
- Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. NDYIN cannot accept returns of items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact NDYIN Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
-Double-check your return items before shipping. NDYIN is not responsible for the return of non-NDYIN products.
If the order exceeds 30 days after self-signing, we will no longer provide refund services. In the event of product quality issues, after confirmation by our technical team, we can offer you a service to replace the same product.
-If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
